The Pink Ribbon Foundation and iocoBenefits are proud to present PINKLondon2022 in celebration of October's Breast Cancer Awareness Month and the 22nd Anniversary of the charity.
Tickets are £130pp and include the following:
• Welcome drink
• Three course meal
• ½ bottle of primum wine per person
• Still and sparking water on the table
• After dinner cocktail
• Goody bag
• Donation to the Pink Ribbon Foundation
Please note that seating is booth style (min. 6 people - max. 10 people), so why not party with friends, work colleagues or family – bookings of less than six will be sat with others (you’ll soon make friends).
The event will celebrate the Pink Ribbon Foundations many years of working with charities and those affected by breast cancer and will be a glamourous occasion attended by our celebrity supporters and press and will be a fabulous way to officially launch Breast Cancer Awareness Month, whilst raising vital funds to support those affected by breast cancer. There will be live performances throughout the evening (to be announced in the lead up to the event) and show stopping cabaret acts, as well as a raffle to raise vital funds and a DJ until 2am.
(Guests must be 18+)
Meals will need to be ordered in advance and choices will be sent after tickets have been booked, approximately 3 weeks before the party. There will be a minimum of three choices per course, and each guest must choose one starter, one main dish and one dessert. When placing your order, please inform us if a person in your party has a food allergy, in line with EU regulation 1169/2011 allergen product lists are available upon request.

Doors open at 6:30pm and we kindly ask that you please arrive by 7PM as space within the venue is limited and we will need to seat you at your table on arrival.
Pre Order required:
You must pre-order your meal in advance of the event and you will be sent a link to do this approximately three weeks before the event.
Please note that we cannot guarantee exact seating plans, or allocation of specific tables. Table allocation will always be subject to availability and may change due to accommodation of other bookings. Groups that wish to be seated together, should make this known at the time of booking.
Booths are subject to allocation as stated above, based on availability. Tickets may be subject to sharing booths based on party sizes and venue layout. We cannot guarantee that you will be allocated a single table of a small party size.
Dress to impress – touch of pink optional.
(Please be advised that no sportswear, trainers, hats, Jeans, shorts are not permitted).
WARNING: The event will contain bright, flashing lights that may not be safe for people with photosensitive epilepsy.
We hope you won't have to, but if you do need to cancel then please let us know at least two weeks before your booking date so that we can resell your ticket(s) and thus offer a refund. Please note that the credit or debit card we take at the time of booking will be charged immediately.
Covid-19 Refunds Policy:
If we are obliged to rearrange the event as a result of Covid-19 and associated closures, the event will be rescheduled for a future date and all bookings will be moved to this new date. Should this not be acceptable, you will need to notify us within two weeks of the new date being announced, so that we can resell your ticket(s) and thus offer a refund.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Behaviour: Management of the venue reserves the right to remove any guest from the venue for any reason. Rowdy and unruly behaviour will not be tolerated.
All attendees must be aged 18 or over.
Service Charge: A mandatory 15% service charge will be applied to the total amount of drink consumed and served at your table, outside of those included within your ticket price.
Liability: Due to the venue layout and the low-light atmosphere, we cannot accept liability for any accidents which occur from the wearing of high heels or other types of raised soles other than those worn for podiatric reasons.
