Creating or amending your Will need not be complicated, we suggest that you start by speaking to your family and express your wishes to leave the Foundation a gift in your Will and then look at the simple advice HERE.

Lisa Reddings has spent 20 years training and working as a textile designer, moving between Brighton and Italy to New York and then back to London. A lot of that time was spent in fast paced, highly driven design studios, creating new prints and embellishments for large fashion houses – with an extremely quick turnover.  Becoming steadily disillusioned, Lisa decided to strip things back and after having a family and taking some time out, she decided to launch Indigowares after becoming fascinated by traditional dyeing techniques.  Lisa learnt the ancient art of shibori an old Japanese method of dyeing and pattern making.  Hand dyeing in indigo is much slower and is a more methodical method than chemical dyeing. This naturally occurring vat dye, which comes from a plant is one of the oldest dyes for colouring fabrics. It has been used for centuries all over the world and is still used for colouring our blue jeans.

Lisa approached the Pink Ribbon Foundation after starting to work with a natural ‘pink’ dye extracted from the skins and pits of avocados. Natural dyeing is a long but rewarding process – each piece of cloth before it is dyed must be prepared to be colourfast and become more able to take up and hold the dye permanently. While preparing the cloth it struck Lisa that this might be a lovely way to be connected with a cancer charity and the Pink Ribbon Foundation seemed the most obvious one.

As a small ethical start up business Indigowares hope that by donating 10% to the Foundation from every pink scarf sold, that it makes a little difference in the big picture.

King Cole

The pink ribbon logo will appear on all new knitting patterns and pattern books from 1 July 2015 and all reprints of existing knitting patterns and books. Every knitting pattern/book sold after this date even if it doesn’t show the pink ribbon logo, will generate a donation for the Pink Ribbon Foundation.

The decision to support this charity was made through the conception of a new pattern folder that King Cole had decided to change. We wanted to change the design and the colour and asked our CEO Mike Wilson for his colour choice. He picked bright pink so it would stand out in the shop. When the sample arrived the vivid colour reminded Mike of the pink ribbon logo and gave him the idea to support a breast cancer charity. He then researched various charities to support and the Pink Ribbon Foundation was selected.

For Over 200 years Valspar have been trusted with the colours that are most important of all.  Your colours. The colours that are personal. Unique. Intimate. The colours you want to fill your life with. There’s a good chance you’ve seen their work close by, whether it’s the houses down the street or the London Red buses, Valspar has it covered.

If your eye can see a colour, Valspar can match it with their state-of-the-art colour matching technology, which can match 2.2 million colours, all from a sample as small as a sugar cube. Plus they have Europe’s biggest range of pre-selected colours.

Valspar is proud to partner with the Pink Ribbon Foundation, and have launched two brand new exclusive colours to celebrate. Pink Ribbon Care and Pink Ribbon Support are both available in a range of interior and exterior paints through Valspar’s Paint mixing desks, exclusively at B&Q. For each can of these two new paints sold 5% will be donated to the Pink Ribbon Foundation to support those affected by breast cancer.  To find out more go to

For the second consecutive year, independent beauty brand WUNDER2 Cosmetics will partner with the Pink Ribbon Foundation in solidarity for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Since its launch in 2015, WUNDER2 has been steadily expanding and is now distributed on a global scale, with the largest markets being in the UK and US. To leverage this position for good, WUNDER2 will be donating 50% of proceeds from each Glitter Pink SUPER-STAY LINER sold in the US and the UK to the Pink Ribbon Foundation during October’s Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

The money raised will be given to the Pink Ribbon Foundation (Reg. Charity No. 1080839) whose mission is to fund projects and provide financial support to charities which relieve the needs of people who are suffering from, or who have been affected by breast cancer or who work to advance the understanding of breast cancer, its early detection and treatment.

“We are so pleased to continue our partnership with the Pink Ribbon Foundation for the second year in a row”, comments Agnes Hjelmer, CEO of WUNDER2 Cosmetics. “Our Super-Stay Liners express many of our brand values, the most important of which is to give women confidence in any situation. Our objective in this partnership is to support the Pink Ribbon Foundation in their excellent work.”

As a business we can help you set up a Cause Related Marketing initiative.

More and more companies in the UK are supporting our crucial campaign such as Schwarzkopf Professional, Champneys, itsu, Hastings Direct and NCP to name just a few.

Besides large and well known companies like these, we are also supported by many smaller organisations. These companies and many others like them, recognise the positive benefits of supporting a relevant cause, whilst marketing themselves as a supporter of the Pink Ribbon Foundation.
