#CaptainTom100 challenge

This weekend people up and down the country will be taking on their very own #captaintom100challenge to raise much needed funds for charity 💗

We are delighted to have the support of the Townsend Twins who have set themselves the EPIC challenge of doing 100 REPS of 100 EXERCISES this SATURDAY and you can join them (for all or part of it) as it will be broadcast LIVE on their Instagram page.
