#TeamPRF cycle from London to Brighton
On the 16th September our small team of charity riders took on the iconic London to Brighton Bike Ride to raise awareness and money for the Pink Ribbon Foundation. Leaving the buzz of the city behind they joined thousands of fellow cyclists and faced head on the challenge of a 55-mile bike ride.
Over 4,000 riders made their way through the idyllic English countryside putting their pedals to the test on Ditchling Beacon before gliding down to a warm and sunny Brighton to cross the finish line and celebrate their success – raising thousands of pounds for good causes as they did. Our thanks go to Steve, Fern, Daren, Elouise, John, David and Kinga – for their amazing efforts. We hope to see you next year!
(Our thanks also go to our friends at Hastings Direct and CDL Group for the fabulous charity t-shirts for #TeamPRF and to our supporter Sally Morgan, who came along to cheer on daughter Fern and son-in-law Daren and was happy to pose for photographs with the public and be interviewed about her involvement with the Foundation).
