Please either download a form or send us a message and we will post you one.  The next grant phase has a closing date of Friday 25th May 2012.  Applicants will receive award notifications by 20h July 2012.

Please note that application criteria includes a set of accounts.  Should you be awarded a grant you will be asked to produce two reports over the period of the following year to enable you to apply for another grant.

Applications from general cancer charities must demonstrate that the grants requested will be applied to benefit those affected by breast cancer.   Where applications relate to general services, details must be given of how many (and what proportion) of the total number benefiting from the charity’s work are affected by breast cancer
