It’s the Big Lakes Challenge! This is a unique three day event which includes The Big Challenge on Day 2. Canoe, cycle and trek through the staggering beauty of Keswick. The Big Lakes Challenge is not a race and is open to all abilities.
The challenge begins at Derwentwater, with a three mile canoe journey in two-person open canoes around St Herbert’s Island, before jumping onto bikes to begin the ascent up to Gatesgarth via the infamous Honister Pass. From here you will trek up Haystacks with qualified and experienced mountain leaders – the views from the summit of Haystacks are famed for their beauty. The final stage sees you back on the bike and cycling via Newlands Pass to the finish line.

The iconic British 10K, presented by ASICS, returns to the streets of Westminster on Sunday 21st July 2019. It is the ultimate tour of Central London, where runners pass by iconic landmarks including Trafalgar Square, the Embankment, Big Ben and more, on closed roads AND the Pink Ribbon Foundation is delighted to announce that it has once again secured a limited number of places.
This headline running event will include a British Street Party – with a twist! In addition to a flat, fast 10K past London’s famed sites, there will be music at every kilometre encouraging runners to pound the streets to the beat. All abilities are represented – the British 10k London is popular with both seasoned runners and those who are running a 10k race for the first time.

Experience a festive run full of Christmas spirit and cheer. A Santa Run for everyone! Over 4,000 Santa’s will hop on their sleigh and make their way to London on a Christmas mission to raise thousands of pounds for hundreds of different, worthy causes. This family-friendly festive fun run is set to bring a flash of red and Christmas cheer to Victoria Park, London, as Santa’s from up and down the country tackle the 5km and 10km courses.
Our scenic route is pram and wheelchair friendly, and children over 8 years can join in the main event so that the whole family can come down for the day! Pass carol singers, reindeer-costumed Christmas folk, Santa’s grotto and all sorts of festive fancies around a lovely park for charity, raising money with every step you take and spreading your Christmas cheer to everyone!
Run, walk or jog; you can go at your own pace making this the perfect challenge for anyone new to fundraising events! All costumes are provided for free and collected on the day of your challenge.
