Girls Wanna Rock – single release by JOANovARC

London based 4 piece female rock band ‘JOANovARC’ exploded onto the international music scene in early 2015 with the acclaimed singles Live Rock ’n’ Roll and White Trash. JOANovARC’s status as the new ‘Queens of rock’ is about to rise even higher following their debut album, Ride Of Your Life (released 2016 through Red Vixen Records/Universal, available through HMV stores UK and outlets around the world) with their second album self-titled ‘JOANovARC’ due for release February 2019.

To celebrate the release of the first single from the new album – ‘Girls Wanna Rock’ – JOANovARC will embark on their ‘Girls Wanna Rock’ October/November 2018 UK Tour. All profits from the single sales are going towards the Pink Ribbon Foundation. Tickets for all concerts can be booked via the official band website www.joanovarc.co.uk .

‘We have always used the platform we have as a band to raise awareness and support for good causes and charities with single releases – this particular single is about women coming together in a united front showing the world how strong they can be against all the odds. We decided to use this particular song to support and promote awareness of breast cancer as we know so many people now going through this incredibly tough battle’.
